Technology Station in Product Development
Unlocking human potential through technology and capacity building;
improving the competitiveness of technology based businesses.
The following range of specific services are provided to the SME's manufacturing sector :
- Technology Transfer - assessment and advice in improving a product or process for manufacturing companies.
- Technology Commercialisation - provide a platform for speedy commercialisation of technologies developed.
- Troubleshooting - identify problem areas and provide a solution by consultation
- Quality Advisory Service - assist in implementing Quality Standards.
- Product Development - through the Centre for Rapid Prototyping provide working prototypes
- Demonstration Centre - provide industry with training in mould-making and spincasting.
- Testing Facilities - provide industry with physical testing of their material/products, e.g. surface testing.
